How does self check-in work?
You will receive access codes for the front door and your apartment via message. You can arrive at any time — no key handover needed.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome. Please let us know when booking that you are bringing a pet. A fee of €15 per dog per night applies.
Is there parking?
Yes, one free parking space per apartment is available, right at the house.
How do I get to the ski area?
The Feldberg ski area (Liftverbund Feldberg) is just a few minutes away. In winter, ski bus stops are nearby.
Can I book directly instead of through Booking.com?

Is there a minimum stay?
Most apartments can be booked from 1 night. Apartment 11 Deluxe has a minimum stay of 3 nights in high season.
Can I use the sauna?
Yes, a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna are available for a fee of €30 per person.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes, every apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen.
